Orders of $1,000.00 or more will ship with a signature required upon delivery.

All of our orders ship from our workroom and warehouse just outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

All pillow inserts (without a cover) ship within 1-2 business days.

Most throw pillow cover orders ship within 3-5 business days and take between 1-5 days in transit (please see transit map below).

All shipments are through FedEx Ground unless expedited service is selected otherwise during checkout.
